This 3 weeks prototype was created as part of a game-jam focused workshop at Breda University of Applied Sciences.

Main Responsibilities

Designed and implemented the character and camera

As a game designer, I collaborated with other game designers to design the camera and character movement.

As for the camera, we created a dynamic camera that follows the player from behind but has independent behavior. Throughout the game, we swap between different cameras. By doing so, we can have a custom flow that fits each specific area of the level.

Playing as an agile squirrel, the player can jump, double jump and glide. These abilities go hand in hand with the platforming challenges they face throughout the game.

I worked on various technical systems and designed and implemented systems that will challenge and enhance the player experience:
